The StoryMap Launch party

Throughout 2025, we gathered and curated original poems, short stories and creative non-fiction from local writers that are set in, inspired by or a response to places across our city.

 

For a special end of year celebration event, we officially launched the Raising Voices StoryMap - an interactive, online audio-visual map of the city, where you can both read some of these pieces and hear them being read in their author's voices.

Watch again on YouTube we launch the StoryMap at The Box Arts Club, the in-house arts venue of our parent organisation, Arts Gateway MK. As well as a live demonstration of the website, you can hear in-person readings from some of the participating authors .

 
For Writers
