Kassia St Clair is a writer based in London specialising in history, culture and design. Her first book, The Secret Lives of Colour, was a Sunday Times bestseller and has been translated into over a dozen languages.

 

In a special free event for MK Lit Fest in association with Heritage Open Days, Kassia will be in conversation with textile artist Jane Charles, to discuss her second book. The Golden Thread, a collection of histories about textiles which was a Sunday Times History Book of the Year 2018 and BBC Radio 4's Book of the Week.

 

Kassia is currently busily researching her next project.
