For one night only, Ouse Muse of Bedford - working with the Milton Keynes and North Bedfordshire Stanza (the local group of the national Poetry Society)  - will be relocating to Milton Keynes.

 

This is your opportunity to find out what is happening in the poetry world in Bedford and Milton Keynes as Ouse Muse will be showcasing the very best of the local talents. Compared by Stephen Hobbs, the evening will include readings by Dave Wakely, Sarah Davies, Ian McEwen, Guy Russell, Geraldine Ryan, Mark Steinhardt, Dick Hancock, Steve Kendall and Caroline Davies.

 

The event will conclude with headline poet, Kate Noakes, who will be reading from her most recent collection, The Filthy Quiet, published by Parthian books. She is widely published in magazines and anthologies and is a trustee for the literature development agency, Spread the Word.
