Close Encounters: the landscape and memoir
Writing workshop with Cathy Galvin
Wednesday 8 March, Zoom, 7 - 9pm
Tickets: £20 (places limited)
'Cathy Galvin has created a remarkable community of writers around the Word Factory. Inspiring.' AL Kennedy
This workshop aims to guide you towards a sense of wonder and re-engagement with the natural world as a springboard for reflection and writing.
Our individual landscapes, internal and external, within memory and in real-time, are many-layered and ever-changing - and this class will help you pay close attention to your own inner sense of place.
Be prepared to read texts together, to be inspired and to write. And please bring an object from your own landscape on the day.
